How working with Northrun works.

Engagements with Northrun run on three fixed stages and one result-tied monthly retainer. Every stage is priced against the one number your business runs on, not the hours we spend. This page is a plain-English summary; the signed engagement letter is the contract.

The three stages

• Free Revenue-Leak Check. Ten questions that lead to a personal operator walkthrough about one potential leak or opportunity to check, without an account.
• Paid Audit. A fixed-fee document you keep regardless of who builds what it recommends.
• Implementation. A fixed-scope build, scoped off the audit with its own quote and timeline.

The monthly retainer

Once the build ships, you move into a monthly retainer priced against the single number we agreed in the audit. The retainer is never raised if we rack up more hours later, and it is never reduced if the number exceeds the target. The 30-day guarantee is the rule the first month stays on our side of the table if the number is not demonstrably above your baseline.

Cancellation

You can stop the retainer at the end of any month; no termination fee, no clawback. Work already shipped is yours to keep.
