Media Transparency

Terms

Media Transparency terms — engagement shape, written cadence.

The Media Transparency engagement is shaped against your intake. Turnaround windows are estimates, not contractual delivery dates. Cancellation is a written off-ramp, with no clawback.

Terms posture

Engagement shape, intake, turnaround, cancellation.

The Media Transparency surface is informational review only. The terms below preserve that scope: shaped against your intake, written cadence, written cancellation, no clawback.

Engagement shape.

A Media Transparency engagement is informational evidence review only. The deliverable is a documented snapshot — what was read, what was noted, what was inconclusive. The engagement is shaped against the requester’s intake scope, not a published Level-of-Effort rate sheet.

Intake shape.

The intake is six plain-language affirmations: informational-only scope, no authenticity / legal / forensic / policy-violation determination, no legal standing, possible inconclusive outcomes, high-risk escalation to Jimmy Gary Jr. (NorthRun AI), and the estimate-not-guarantee posture of the turnaround windows.

Turnaround windows.

Stated response, intake, and readout windows are sized against the requester’s intake shape and may slip when intake accumulates or a high-risk escalation is in flight. They are estimates — not contractual delivery dates, not a substitute for your own counsel-side timeline.

Cancellation.

Stop the engagement at any time, in writing. Operator-side work already returned is yours to keep; subsequent phases do not bill back. No termination fee, no clawback.

Informational evidence review—not a definitive authenticity, fraud, legal, or identity determination. The request is forwarded in writing, escalated if appropriate, and answered on the informational-review framing here.
